Natasha Phipps

When Natasha found real estate she knew what she wanted to do for the rest of her life! Her entrepreneurial family fostered this with a background in construction, and a natural growth mindset, real estate has been a backbone every step of the way. Natasha became a licensed Realtor in 2008 after completing a degree with a major in marketing. Prior to that Natasha was investing in new construction opportunities. Since then, Natasha has built a nationally recognized name in the investment space, is a top producing team leader, property manager and Realtor at CIR Realty and has continued investing and educating in real estate. Natasha believes everyone should have the option, knowledge and confidence to take control of their financial futures and becoming the CEO of WealthShare is the next step in that vision.

Rodney Phipps

Rodney has pursued an entrepreneurial life in several industries, highly creative, analytical and forward thinking has always been his strengths. Rodney has played instruments from the age of four, and a life of music culminated in the creation of Phaymis Inc in 2013, an artist management and artist development company aimed at treating the arts like a business. As a result, Rodney has brought his talent to the TOP 40 Canadian Country radio charts, coordinated coast to coast radio and performance tours, negotiated recording and publishing deals and has an extensive cross border network. With additional experience in hospitality, business development and the start up community in Calgary, growth is a passion! Personally, Rodney has been investing in real estate in many facets for over 20 years spanning three provinces employing many strategies such as preconstruction, long term buy and hold, infill development, renovations and most recently becoming the COO of WealthShare.

Monique Verlaan

Monique is co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of WealthShare, and of its affiliated companies. Monique oversees WealthShare's overall financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, analysis, investor relations and financial operations. She brings over 25 years of experience in finance and management to this role. Monique has held executive leadership roles in utility and real estate investment companies.Monique is a CA, CPA in both Canada and South Africa and holds a Masters in Business Leadership and Bachelors of Accounting Science degrees from UNISA.

Darcy Boyden

Darcy is a veteran real estate investor with over 25 years experience. His company Calle Investments currently invests across North America in multi-million dollar investment strategies that include residential Single Family and Multi-family, Buy and Hold, Purchase and Improve, Joint Ventures, Agreement for Sale (AFSs), Rent to Own (RTO), Private Lending, Syndicate Mortgages and Land Development. He has invested over 6 figures in his real estate education and his experience has taken him through various economic cycles. This allows him to evaluate and execute strategies accordingly. Now with a focus on multi-family, Darcy continues to seek acquisitions that offer a solid return and good value for his investors.As President of WealthShare, Darcy looks to offer passive investors a smooth experience that allows them to build a balanced portfolio to enhance their lives. Deanna is an accomplished Business Executive and Certified Real Estate Investment Advisor with 25+ years of real estate investing. Her experience leading teams, coaching professionals and investors has always been supported by her passion to help other women, leading her to found REAL Power with a mission to empower female real estate investors and entrepreneurs. Deanna has been recognized by ISSA International with their Leadership Award for her work supporting Women in Tech.Deanna’s motto is “Building for Tomorrow while Living for Today” so whether there is one tenant or up to 500 in her largest projects, Deanna believes in providing clean, safe housing to each one of her tenants and value to her partners and investors.
